ServicesHeavy Jet Charter

Heavy Jet Charter From Edinburgh, IN

No cabin we book is larger than a heavy jet's. It holds a big group and plenty of luggage, and it can cross the country or an ocean with no fuel stop. We source the aircraft, send you photos of it and quote one all-inclusive price.

When a heavy jet makes sense

Heavy jets are the long-range, large-cabin end of private flying. Think Gulfstream G450 or G550, Falcon 900 or a Global. Most seat 12 to 16 passengers in a stand-up cabin with a full galley, a private lavatory and seats that recline flat for sleeping. Many carry a flight attendant.

You pick one for distance and headcount. A company sending a leadership team to Europe, a family of fourteen heading west for a ski week, a group that needs to work and sleep on the way. If your trip is four people going to Chicago, we will tell you so and point you to light jet charter or midsize jet charter instead.

We have been in business 5 years. Before you book, we send photos of the actual aircraft we are quoting: the cabin, the seating layout, the baggage hold. You see what you are paying for, not a stock picture.

What you get with a heavy jet charter

A jet chosen for your trip

We weigh your headcount, luggage, distance and dates, then find a heavy jet with the range to fly it nonstop. When two aircraft qualify, we lay them out side by side.

Pictures before you decide

We send photos of the exact aircraft and cabin layout in your quote. Once the plane is confirmed, you get the tail number and FBO details, so departure day holds no guesswork.

A single all-inclusive price

Fuel, crew, landing fees, crew overnight costs and taxes are all in the number we quote. No hidden costs arrive on a later bill.

Priced point to point

You pay only for the trip you take. A one-way flight never gets round trip pricing.

Extras in the cabin

Pets are allowed, and we can book WIFI equipped aircraft. Mention catering, car seats or oversized bags on the call and we add them to the quote.

When a heavy jet beats a smaller one

Ten or more are flying
Midsize and super-midsize jets max out near eight or nine seats. Beyond that, a heavy jet puts the whole group on one aircraft.
You're flying overseas
Most heavy jets reach Western Europe from the Midwest without stopping. A smaller jet usually has to refuel on the way, costing hours.
You want to sleep in the air
On a long overnight leg, lie-flat seats and a cabin you can walk around in make a real difference.
You're bringing heavy luggage
A heavy jet's hold takes golf bags, skis, trade show cases and a family's two weeks of suitcases. Smaller planes can mean tough calls at the FBO about what stays.
Arrival time is fixed
If a full team has to arrive together and rested, one big aircraft is easier than dividing the group.

How you book and fly

  1. 1

    Call us with your trip

Share the dates, cities, passenger count, bags and any pets. We also ask how firm your timing is.

  2. 2

    Options arrive with photos

We send one or two heavy jet choices, each with cabin photos and one all-inclusive price. Review them at your own pace.

  3. 3

    We lock everything in

After you pick, we secure the aircraft and crew and send the tail number, FBO address and departure time. On international trips, we list the passports and documents each traveler needs.

  4. 4

    The day you fly

Heavy jets need more runway than small local fields have, so departure is usually from a bigger regional airport. Pull up to the FBO, let the crew load your bags and board with no terminal line.

  5. 5

    If a problem comes up

We answer the phone 24/7 during your trip. Should the aircraft have a mechanical issue, our mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost.

What changes a heavy jet charter price

Of every class we book, heavy jets have the highest hourly cost, since they use more fuel and fly with more crew. Divided by seat, though, a full heavy jet can land near the cost of two smaller jets. The quote is all-inclusive, so what we tell you is what you pay.

Hours in the air
Distance and wind decide how long you fly. Heading west into a headwind takes longer than the same route east.
The jet's starting point
When the nearest open heavy jet sits far away, it must fly in before your trip. We search for aircraft already close by or wrapping up a trip nearby.
Crew time and overnight stays
On a trip lasting several days, the crew stays with you, and their hotel and hours go into the price.
Flying abroad
International flights bring customs, handling agents and foreign landing fees. We build them into the quote from the start.
Peak dates
Large aircraft get booked quickly around holidays and major event weekends. Reserving early leaves you more options.

Questions about heavy jet charter

How many passengers does a heavy jet hold?
Typically 12 to 16, with a few layouts seating more. It comes down to the aircraft and its cabin setup. Every option we quote comes with its seat count before you book.
Can we reach Europe nonstop?
In most cases, yes. Most heavy jets can fly from Indiana to Western Europe without stopping. Weather and how heavily the plane is loaded can change that on the day, and we will be upfront if a fuel stop looks likely.
What if the jet develops a mechanical problem?
We work on moving you to another aircraft, and our mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost. You can reach us by phone 24/7 while you travel.
Is it cheaper to take two smaller jets?
It can be. On a short route with a group that can split up, two midsize jets may price lower. For long flights or heavy luggage, a single heavy jet often comes out ahead. Ask and we will quote both.
Is our dog allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. Tell us how many animals and their size so we choose an aircraft and crew ready for them.
Is there anything to sign up for?
No. You join no club and make no long term commitments. Each trip is booked on its own.
