After you approve, we reserve the aircraft and crew and arrange any catering or ground transport you want. The FBO address and departure time come to you in writing.

Get to the FBO roughly 15 to 20 minutes ahead of departure. You skip the terminal line, the crew stows your luggage, and you walk straight to the jet.

Your final bill is the quote you approved. If anything changed during the trip, we explain it in plain terms.
What drives super-midsize charter pricing
Hours in the air and the distance the aircraft travels to reach you make up most of the price. Because the quote is all-inclusive, these are already counted in your figure. We go through each one by phone so none of it catches you off guard.

- A longer route uses more fuel and crew time. Flying nonstop to the West Coast costs more than a two-hour trip, yet often less than a smaller jet that has to stop for fuel.
- The aircraft's starting point
- When the closest open jet sits a few states away, bringing it to you takes time. With point to point pricing, you don't pay for it to fly home empty.
- Demand on your dates
- Fewer aircraft are open on holiday weekends and major event dates. An earlier booking gives us a wider pick.
- Trips over several days
- When the jet stays at your destination, crew overnight and parking fees are added. We price it both ways so you can weigh them.
- Optional add-ons
- Catering, ground transport and international fees only go in when you request them, and each appears on the quote.

- How many people does a super-midsize jet seat?
- Usually eight or nine, and some layouts hold ten. Luggage is often the tighter limit, so let us know what each person is packing and we'll choose an aircraft with room for it.
- Am I charged for the jet's empty flight home?
- No. Our pricing is point to point, so a one-way flight never carries round trip pricing. If you need a return, we price it the same way.
- What if the jet has a mechanical issue?
- Our mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost. If the booked jet can't fly, we start finding a replacement immediately and update you on what we turn up.
- Can I book at the last minute?
- Yes. Our phone is answered 24/7, and a super-midsize jet can often be arranged for the next day or later that week, depending on availability. We'll be honest about what we find.
- Is a super-midsize worth the step up from a midsize?
- Not usually for four people on a short flight, and we'll tell you that. On trips past three hours, with a larger group or heavy luggage, the added space and range pay off. With flexible dates, ask about empty leg flights as well.
